Estoy intentando llevar una vida más sana, y parte de ello, es moverme más.
He visto este tipo de aros "inteligentes" por internet, y la verdad es que tenía mucha curiosidad por probar.
Frente a los aros normales, tiene la ventaja de que no se cae, así que resulta más sencillo. Además, lleva una bola lastrada, así que hace que el rato que estemos utilizándolo, la intensidad es más alta que con un aro normal.
El tamaño es ajustble. Se compone de 24 secciones, así que se pueden quitar las que sobren, para adaptarse al tamaño de la cintura de cada uno.
Por el momento le estoy dando bastante uso. Como la curva de aprendizaje es bastante rápida, pues me pico conmigo misma y siempre intento aumentar la cantidad de giros que soy capaz de dar de una vez.
Como punto negativo, decir que hace bastante ruido, así que no apto si hay alguien dumiendo en caso.
